Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, charismatic full-cycle Account-Admin. As a team member, you will work closely as the single point of contact with important clients, so we need someone who is confident, professional and reliable.
What you will be doing
- Accounting & Compliance with various laws (GST, TDS, PT, IT) & client policies
- Collecting data from various softwares to develop MIS for internal use
- Backend processing activities of E-learning portal, Ensuring compliance with org policies & updating the policy docs
- Scheduling for org events & management level daily appointment schedule
- Create and maintain documentation for various org activities like projects, onboarding, vendor reg etc
- Collect feedback for organization's product and services from clients and user community
- Communicating certain content to clients & user community
What skills we are looking for...
- Solid understanding of WordPress
- Basic skills in PHP, JavaScript, Ajax
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of semantic HTML5 and responsive cross-platform CSS
- A strong sense of typography, minimalism, and design aesthetics
- Solid knowledge of Responsive Web Design
- Extensive development, designing, and debugging skills
- Should be good in research, finding references and must be updated with current design and market trends
- A team player who is also capable of working independently without any hand-holding
- Knowledge of Website Performance is Bonus
- BONUS – Page Builder and WP Astra Theme knowledge
Must have Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Admin and Accounts field.
- Bcom, BBA, BMS
- Knowledge of Tally, GST and basic income tax is a must
- Proficiency in Ms Office - Excel, Word with an ability to become familiar with firm specific programs and software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
