MIS Report & BI Developer - 2 Positions

Brief Responsibilities
• Using Excel and Power BI to independently develop reports and automation
• Design data models and develop Dashboards
• Automating various processes and reports using macros & ETL tools
• Staying up-to-date on the latest IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Be the go-to person on a subject/area for internal teams
• Participate in developing case studies.

Skillset:
Must Have:
• Minimum 2 year’s RELEVANT experience in preparing MIS or data analysis for various clients.
• Thorough knowledge of Advanced Excel - Formula & Features
• Hands-on experience of VBA / Macros in Excel or entire MS Office• Hands on experience of SQL and SSIS OR Power Query (Advanced)
• Knowledge of Power BI or Python / R
• Analytical mindset
Good to Have:
• Power BI Service / Power BI Gateway / Power BI Report Server
• Exposure to MSBI OR Power Pivot - DAX functions (Power BI)
• Non Excel Automation like - UI Path / Automation Anywhere / AutoHotKey
• Knowledge of Tableau/Power Automate/Power Apps
• Any .Net programming language like C# will be an added advantage

• Accounting & Compliance with various laws (GST, TDS, PT, IT) & client policies
• Collecting data from various softwares to develop MIS for internal use
• Backend processing activities of E-learning portal• Ensuring compliance with org policies & updating the policy docs
• Scheduling for org events & management level daily appointment schedule
• Create and maintain documentation for various org activities like projects, onboarding, vendor reg etc
• Collect feedback for organisation's product and services from clients and user community
• Communicating certain content to clients & user community

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Admin and Accounts field.
• Bcom, BBA, BMS
• Knowledge of Tally, GST and basic income tax is a must
